Jan K. Seigel, Esq., earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Georgetown and a Master of Laws from New York University. After a judicial clerkship for the Passaic County Civil Assignment judge and four years as an Assistant Prosecutor, he founded the firm in 1976. Mr. Seigel has tried over 150 jury trials and has won a landmark case in the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Seigel was chosen “Young Lawyer of the Year” by the New Jersey State Bar Association and inducted into the New Jersey Police Honor Legion for his representation of police officers. He has received a number of legal honors including, Who’s Who in American Law, Life Member of the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The Top Trial Lawyers in America, New Jersey Super Lawyer, and the National Trial Lawyers “Top 100 Trial Lawyers”. He is a frequent lecturer for law schools and legal organizations.
